Chichester Board of Selectmen
SELECTMEN’S MINUTES
December 23, 2003
PRESENT: Chairman Colbert, Selectman Richard DeBold, selectman Spook Arey, Administrative Assistant Lisa Stevens
The Chairman opened the meeting at 5:04pm.
GENERAL BUSINESS/BOARD DISCUSSION:
The Board directed Lisa to post the annual snow ban/parking ban in the newspaper.
The Selectmen would like to meet with the building inspector to review the building permit for Mr. Kelly. Lisa will schedule that for next week.
Selectman DeBold will write a draft report for the board for the town report.
Motion by Selectman Arey and seconded by Selectman DeBold to pay the entire bill from Mr. Cutter. All were in favor. Lisa will let Mr. Cutter know.
Motion by Chairman Colbert and seconded by Selectman Arey to deny the Fire Departments request for booster equipment and portable radios for the used heavy rescue vehicle because it goes beyond the scope of the warrant article. All were in favor.
Correspondence from Avitar Associates of N.E. regarding the current use Status on the Robinson property was discussed. Lisa will prepare the paperwork.
Mail and e-mail were reviewed. Payroll and accounts payable were signed.
The minutes of December 16, 2003 and the December 12th work session were approved.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:25pm.
